I am a driven and tenacious individual with a proven track record. I am also a successful sportsman, having been a member of the British Sailing Team.

I specialise in ESG, sustainability, and data analysis, and have a background in research and lecturing at the tertiary level. My studies in psychology help me understand stakeholder dynamics, which is essential for my work in developing effective sustainability strategies.
In my role as ESG and Operations Manager, I was part of a management team that launched comprehensive sustainability frameworks to enhance stakeholder engagement. As a Chief Compliance Officer at a company providing cloud-based solutions, I contributed to the development of innovative tools to effectively manage sustainability challenges.
I hold qualifications in finance and insurance, along with certifications in ESG and Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence. My work in insurance primarily involves creating surety programs for large construction projects and developing sustainable risk management practices.
